The program aims to encourage the people of Penang to read, starting with the FIRST STEP for 10 minutes on that day as a sign of the commitment of all parties to the interests of reading in life and then continuing the reading practice for 10 minutes Every Day.

The Let's read Together for 10 Minutes program is also held every year to welcome the World Book and Copyright Day to foster a culture of reading within the Malaysian people.

Lets a resident of Penang, even though you are everywhere, stop for a moment from doing all the activities and together reading for 10 minutes on April 23, 2019, at 11.00 am. to 11:10 am.
