Client Charter

Charter is a commitment PPAPP in determining the quality objectives to be reached and implemented:

  • Provide efficient, accurate and friendly
  • Aims to provide a complete collection and taratur towards establishing a center of excellence for state information
  • Registration Application complete each member shall be completed within 15 minutes
  • The loan process reading each member will take 5 minutes
  • The repatriation process of each member will take 5 minutes
  • Referral services are always willing to help you to keep track of information in the last 15 minutes
  • Mobile library service will be at your place once in 2 weeks according to the prescribed schedule of visits
  • Designing and implementing appropriate activities to encourage the reading habit to produce citizens
  • Penang cultured reading and informative
